Notes
- Research note: her passport papers at the New York consulate (ERA.1608.1.808 img 2–8) give "Leoke-Porfireff", b. Moscow 23 Jun 1893, Russian Orthodox, actress and drama student ("Näitleja (õpilane)"); in New York by 4 Mar 1925. Porfireff (Porfirieva) is probably her maiden name (medium). A "Mrs E. Porfirieva" at 138 W. 83rd St appears in the consulate letters.
- Peter described himself as unmarried ("vallaline", "poissmees") on his own forms of 1925–28, which sits oddly with the 1921 marriage; perhaps they had separated. Later life unknown. No children.
