Pilvi’s own German record, giving her birthplace, status and occupation, and a later note of her emigration.
What the record says
- Born 27 November 1921 in Dorpat (Tartu).
- Single; typist.
- A note on the right reads “emigrated to U.S.A.”
Key entries as read in the family history; a full transcription has not yet been made.
What it supports
Like her other German records it gives Tartu, not Viljandi, as her birthplace, against earlier family memory.
