Notes

  • "St Petri" is the Tartu (Dorpat) St Peter's congregation. Her household is in the Tartu Peetri household book EAA.3150.1.690 (vol. XIXa), p. 245 (img 127–128; SL-146), with a pasted parish certificate from Fellin-Köppo of 6 Apr 1898, No. 432, and a Dorpat entry of 22 Apr 1898, No. 596; her son Jaak (b. 1 Nov 1872) is with her. A later note "Pass-Schein f. Fellin-Land 1900 X No. 1684" suggests she went back to the Viljandi country parish in Oct 1900 (medium-low). Her death is not yet found (search Tartu Peetri deaths EAA.3150.1.753 and Viljandi.555/.556).
  • Surname usually written Ruud (farm Rudi/Ruudi) in the church books; Rund is a variant. The family lived at Kudewitte in 1861 and at Rudi in 1864–69, probably her family's farm.
  • Household books:.533 img 360 "Kadri (Ruut), Rudi, b. 1835" (birth and baptism "6, 10/III") with the remark "Petri 1898 6/IV No. 432";.557 img 283 "Kadri M., geb. Ruut" with the remark "6 Sept. St. Petri 1900". So she moved to a "St Petri" congregation in 1898 or 1900. Saaga lists only Jaani and Pauluse under Viljandi, so "Petri" is unidentified (perhaps St Petersburg). Her death is not found in the Viljandi books searched (.340; specific pages of.555/.556).
  • Baptism (about 6 Mar 1835) not yet found: EAA.1290.1.49 entries 101–165 (about 1 Mar–20 Apr 1835) searched without result. Still to search: entries 1–100 and 166+, the Kõpu filial, 1834 and 1836.
